dont Know where to even start looking into this but the idea is the sliding door can be covered by a zip up thermal cover, and I’m looking to have a thermal bulkhead with some kind of access as well and zips seem like a good bet. Anyone got any ideas? I was thinking of building an actual structural wall with a door to replace the bulkhead, but that doesnt work for the sliding door area hence why I thought maybe a zip on thermal cover?

For door insulation curtains. You xan certainly make something yourself. I am debating doing it myself or spit the money out because full-time Vanlife in the UK gets pretty cold. Although a good diesel heater will keep you warm
Hi there, I've built an insulated van wall partition where the bulkhead used to be. There is a doorway in it to. I'll be putting in a sliding door soon. It's a great security feature and helps to keep warm/cool. I've got a video of it on YT. Not sure if you can put links on here?
