Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum so apologies if this question has already been answered. Please point me to a different thread if it has.
I have been living full-time in my van in the south east of England for just over a year now. I think I have sussed out most of the intricacies of van life but the one thing I am still a little anxious about is reliable water fill up points. I have been fortunate to have found a really good water fill up point close to where I work which I have been using for the last year. However, I am less confident about finding good water sources when I am moving around frequently.
I have heard a lot of people say petrol stations are reliable sources but I have never actually seen a water tap at a petrol station. The only 'water' fill up points I have seen at petrol stations are screen wash. I have also heard people talk about taps in estate garage lots. I plan to spend most of my time in rural areas so I don't really see this as a good option.
Any advice from the more experienced would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Lewis
