Hi,
youve probably been asked this before, but its driving me crazy
Ive got a 334w . 34v, 10.35amp, solar panel and was wanting to fit on a van roof.
Have bought a Renogy DCC30S 12v onboard dc-dc charger with mppt input, with 2 x eco worthy 100amp LifePO4 Lithium batteries
Ive looked on the Renogy webisite and it is quite confusing .In one statement is says theyve uprated the input to 30v and in another it says 50v, but it doesnt seem to relate to any particular model.
Youd think that would be the difference between the DCC30S and the DCC50S but that number relates to amps not voltage.
In short , is it safe to fit the 34.4 v solar panel to the Renogy DCC30S.
If anyone could help id be grateful.
